Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Products Offered
We specialise in high-quality prints on art paper and canvas, crafted to perfection in collaboration with Orms Print Room in Cape Town, South Africa.

2. Shipping Regions
We currently only ship within South Africa, using The Courier Guy for delivery services. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly to discuss options and arrange a solution.

3. Processing Times
Orders are processed as soon as printing is completed. Printing times depend on Orms Print Room’s schedule, typically requiring a few business days. Once the prints are ready, we add one additional day for quality checks before dispatch.

4. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link directly from The Courier Guy to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and The Courier Guy’s schedule. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

6. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and distance travelled. The final shipping fee will be included in your invoice at checkout.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we currently only ship within South Africa, there are no customs duties or taxes applied.

8. Packaging
All prints are securely packaged by Orms Print Room to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

9. Damaged or Lost Items
While we take every precaution to ensure your prints are delivered safely, we rely on The Courier Guy’s damage report system to handle incidents during transit. If The Courier Guy offers a simple claims process, we will assist with claims for items damaged in transit. Otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping-related damages.

10. In-Person Pickups
For customers based in Cape Town, we offer the option to collect your order directly from Orms Print Room. This allows you to save on shipping costs and ensures direct access to your professionally packaged prints.

11. Returns and Refunds
We currently do not accept returns or refunds for shipped items unless there was an error in the order processing (e.g., incorrect print or size). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to address concerns.
